These Terms of Service govern your use of the Palmetto Front Line Foundation website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting a request.
Programs and applications
The website provides information about our programs, events, volunteering, and ways to support the Foundation. Availability, eligibility, schedules, and participation requirements may change. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a particular outcome. Activities may require separate registration, safety instructions, or participation agreements.
No medical advice or emergency service
Website information and non-clinical outdoor experiences are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Website forms and Foundation messages are not an emergency-response service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Donations and event purchases
Donations and ticket purchases are handled through the external service linked at checkout. Review the amount, recurring-payment selection, event details, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before completing a transaction. Questions about a donation or event should be directed to the Foundation or the applicable provider. No tax outcome or refund is guaranteed by these website terms.
Email communications
Newsletter subscriptions authorize email updates from the Foundation. Other forms let you choose whether to receive optional email updates. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us for assistance. We may respond to a specific request you submit regardless of your preference for optional updates.
SMS messaging terms
If you select the optional SMS checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Palmetto Front Line Foundation about programs, volunteer opportunities, events, and Foundation updates, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of a purchase, donation, application, or access to services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS updates.
SMS opt-out and support
Reply STOP to a Foundation text to cancel SMS messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the email or phone below. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in request. Use a number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes. Delivery depends on your carrier and network; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and submissions
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website submissions and usage information, including mobile information and messaging consent. Only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not use general forms to transmit medical records, payment-card information, or confidential information about another person without authorization.
