Outdoor therapy is a non-clinical approach that uses outdoor activities to support overall mental and physical wellness. It is believed to provide lasting, positive benefits for veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders facing mental health challenges. Through activities like fly fishing, equine therapy, and hiking, participants gain a sense of community, purpose, and healing outside of traditional clinical settings.

Please note: Due to high demand, some of our outdoor therapy programs currently have a waiting list. Additionally, many of our trips and activities only allow for 4-5 participants at a time to ensure a more personal and supportive experience.
